Position: Dispatch and Sales – El Paso Location

Dispatch Duties:

• The Salesman set up the blend ticket work orders for their customers.
• Dispatch enters the loads in order of application into the Dispatch computer program. Most orders are received by 4 pm for the next day's work.
• The ticket is then matched up with one of 6 applicators. Then the tender, tandem or semi is matched up to delivery that product to the applicator.
• The start time of the day and end of the day is set up by the dispatcher. The number of work orders dictates this.
• Monitor the application progress throughout the day.
• Answer questions from the application team as they come in.
• Manage the loading order of the tender trucks
• Manage the availability of products for the next day. Checking Inventory.
• The set up of chemicals and adjustment of product is checked daily.
• Manage that the chemicals in cages are set up for the next day.
• Manage NH3 bars to locations and customers for the season. Do we have enough bars for the season?
• Manage the inventory of Nh3 in storage tanks at El Paso and Hudson
• Plan the work with warehousemen to load dry and liquid trucks.
• Assist in unloading and loading of chemicals as they are delivered/shipped.
• Manage the NH3 handling team for pumping and picking up tanks.
• Fuel Inventory is checked twice per week.
• Manage delivery of fuel to other locations by tandem.
• Def level is checked one time per week.
• In busy season, assist with work flow in the big picture.

Sales Duties:

• Calling on prospect customers
• Relationship building with current and prospect customers
• Communicate effectively to customers
• Customer retention in customer sales base
• Customer growth in customer sales base

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
